Guidelines for Student Dues and Lunches

K12 Payment Center

 Student Dues

  • All students enrolled at Pickaway-Ross Career and Technology Center become members of a Career-Technical Service Organization (CTSO). Students are required to pay the dues to the CTSO for their program. Dues are $50.00 each school year.

  • Uniforms are purchased by the school.

  • Tools will be furnished for all students to use at no cost to the student.

  • Students may pay fees by providing cash or a check payable to Pickaway-Ross JVSD to the office cashier or by making a credit/debit card payment at

    www.K12Payment.com

Free and Reduced Lunch Application 

Students can apply online to receive free or reduced-price school meals. LunchApplication.com has been designed to guide you through the process. Once your application has been received, the district office will determine your eligibility and send you a letter or email with the results.

Lunch Fees and Payments

  • Free breakfast is offered daily.

  • The cost for a standard lunch is $3.25 

  • Students may make deposits into their accounts by providing cash or a check payable to Pickaway-Ross JVSD to the cafeteria cashier or by making a credit/debit card payment at www.K12PaymentCenter.com

    • There is a processing fee with this service.

How to create an online account to make payments

  • Go to www.K12PaymentCenter.com in your web browser

  • First time users click "Sign Up" then select your state and district from the drop-down lists

  • Fill in your information to set up the account

  • Click "Manage Students" to add your student(s) with their last name and student ID number

  • Make a payment to your students' accounts with your credit/debit card or electronic check

Pickaway Ross CTC utilizes K12 Payment Center to process student fees and lunch balances for students.

Once you create your account, you can:

  • Deposit money at your convenience into the child's cafeteria account.

  • Setup email alerts to notify you when your child's account gets low.
